We are a small nano-brewery located in Canterbury at the North end of Amberley. Specializing in small batch beers, the brewery started out producing beer on a 65 L Brewzilla and has recently upgraded to a 150 L system. 

Currently Colosseum beers are only available for purchase in wholesale kegs and in 440ml cans at a few select locations. Join out mailing list to keep up to date on which beers are available and where to find them.

Our Craft-a-Brew program gives you the chance to create a fully customized beer for any occasion, whether it be a wedding, a birthday party, or any other special event. The customer designs their own recipe, comes up with a name and a label concept for their beer. From there the Colosseum team will brew the beer, can it and create a custom label based on the customers input.
