There are a wide variety of grains available in New Zealand that can be used in the beer making process. Each one offers different flavors and affect the body in unique ways. We do not stock all of these varieties at Colosseum, but can order just about any of them you need for your recipe. Please be aware that ordering special quantities of uncommon malts is expensive and will be reflected in the final price of your beer. It will also take time to receive shipment of these malts, which means we can't start crafting your beer until they arrive. That being said, we will not charge any more than what it costs us to buy the malt from another source.
